Machine Application
Flat/bent glass tempering furnace is a special plant used to produce the flat and bent tempered glass and thermal strengthened glass, which mainly used in the fields of architecture (doors, windows), automotive side door/window, shower room, home appliance, garden fence, elevator, furniture, etc.
With force convection system, the Low-e glass could be processed, especially for soft (off-line) Low-e glass.

Technical Features:

1. Two heating chamber with higher productivity, avoid inside oven-broken for thick glass and white fog for thin glass.
2.  Different heating temperature & setting for chamber 1 (lower temperature) & chamber 2 to achieve higher quality.
2.Reciprocating or continuous type for choice, multi working positions available.
3.  Sectional heating, individual heating zones for each working position.
4.  Force convection system for one chamber or two chambers
5. Ceramic plates at the top of oven.
6. Ceramic rollers driven by triple belts ensure better simultaneous and stable running.
7. Ceramic support for heating elements, avoid earth to avoid heater trouble.
8.  Gapless heating technology
9. Sectional driving technology for motor
10. Network data for servo motor control mode to avoid disturbance.
