Machine Application

Single Chamber Thermal Bending Furnace is a special plant used to produce the laminated windshield for the bus or truck. It is the first processing machine in the whole windshield production line. The glass produced by this machine is the thermal bent glass.

Technical Features:
1.The whole process is controlled and monitored by computer. The glass forming process could be saved & displayed directly.
2.Heater on/off could be changed at any time during forming
3. Heater up & down mechanism controlled by computer
4. IR thermometer equipped in forming zone, glass forming could be controlled accurately.
5. The machine adopts inverter for control, movement smooth, fluent and with the high reliable.
6. Automatic temperature control and display for the heating chamber, easy for operating.
7. Heating elements lifting device is special convenient for the deep curvature glass molding; at the same time to increase the inosculating degree between glass and mold, and ensure products quality.
