When processing the laminated glass, especially the curved tempered glass and thermal bent laminated glass, normally, it is impossible to make usual rolling processing because of the arc length or high arch height of the glass. also when we laminating the DuPont SGP explosion-proof film, Most factory use a glass with a vacuum strip around a circle, put it into the drying box and vacuum it, then enter the autoclave.
But because the vacuum strip only fix glass one circle, so the glass could not be sealed completely, so the quality of finished laminated glass is not good. And the cost of this equipment and processing is also higher, and the efficiency is lower.

Also, when we processing the patterned glass, the glass surface is wavy or the glass has a uneven shape, so that the vacuum strip cannot seal the glass at all and cannot be processed.
So the vacuum film bag could seal the glass completely, then send them inside the autoclave for vacuuming, so the glass could be formed one time.
For this solution, it has high yield, high efficiency and easy to learn. Also, this solution is also suitable for making the EVA or PVB laminated glass with jumbo size.
