Heat Soak Furnace
This furnace is the accessory equipment for the production of tempered glass. After tempering process, the tempered glass could be put into the heat soak furnace for hot dipping process, this process could make the tempered glass which has the self- explosion fault breaks during this process to avoid any self-explosion during installation or using.

3. Electric control system
The control system adopts industrial control computer with user-friendly operation, displaying by monitor and opered by keyboard. The setting for temperature and temperature-keeping time could be set at will according to the process requirements. The temperature adjustment adopts PID control with 12 points tempering-control detector and 20 points soft-wire temperature-measuring detector for glass surface. There is multipath curve displaying and printing. The temperature curve history record could be checked. The electric elements adopts the imported famous brand.

5. Electric control system principle
After start computer, set the temperature-rising time,temperature upper limit, Homogenizing time, temperature-reduction time, temperature-reduction over time, etc. press the heating-star button, the whole control process could be finished automatically according to the set curve. The temperature-collecting module would collect and create the real-time temperature curve and histrory temperature curve. The history temperature curve could be checked and inprited with inputing the random time.
