Gold-coated quartz heating tube is generally divided into single hole and double hole gold plated. Gold-coated quartz heater directional radiant heater can increase the utilization rate of 90%.

Life: 5000-10000 hours
Appliciation: Bridge, water-based paint, aluminum alloy wheels, floor, paint; Car seat, powder, barrier, powder, toolbox, dipping; Security doors, powder, paint and so on, Supporting glass tempering, bending furnace, and other drying equipment.

Installation Note:
(1)A horizontal installation, the inclination is not greater than 30 degrees. <o: P>

(3) Avoid excessive vibration and shaking. <o: P>

(6) Measured lifetime of single tube heating element is 15000 hours, life of micky quartz tube up to ten years. In order to improve the radiation efficiency, should regularly clean the pipe surface dirt and dust.
